EUROFIX COMPANY POLICIES
Upon request, we can provide each customer a FREE rental car with every repair. There is no minimum or maximum charge to qualify for this service excluding oil changes, tire rotations, and free inspections. This free rental service is covered throughout the entire repair process, including one additional day upon service completion. We do not aquire your SSN for the rental, however we will need to aquire a copy of your driver's license, your home address, and a proof of insurance. If the customer does not have full coverage insurance, full coverage insurance may be purchased for $25/day. Liability only insurance does not qualify. During a free inspection, if the customer requests a rental and denies the recommended repairs, the customer will be charged $25/day. If the customer approves the recommended repairs, the customer will then not be charged for the rental. Please schedule all rental requests in advance, if at all possible, at (615)591-2475. All service completed here at Eurofix, is covered by a 3 year/36k Mile Pro-Rated Warranty & a Zero Deductible 1 year Nationwide Warranty. Each warranty covers both faulty labor or defective parts. The following list contains the details of each warranty: All customers are entitled to a FREE Preventative Maintanence Inspection (PMI) at every visit. Each PMI includes, but is not limited to: We bid each repair on a job by job basis. We are not a flat rate shop, and do not have a "standard hourly rate". Our Technicians and Service Advisors are not commission based, guaranteeing you that they won't sell you anything you don't need. Feel free to come in for a free PMI or estimate of repairs to compare our prices with any quote you recieve from other shops. We believe that not only will we be the better deal, but also the shop with better service. We always buy the best parts available, to guarantee you have the best possible repair. We have a network of quality suppliers that either deliver same day or overnight so we can offer next day service on the majority of our repairs. This allows us to bypass the dealership and offer substantial savings and exceptional value to each of our clients. We know that a vehicle is a very important investment to each customer. Therefore we try to provide the absolute best quality parts to maintain your investment and better service your vehicle. Please note that our warranty also covers our parts. (see warranty section) Eurofix is open Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. & Saturdays 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. Our main service hours are during the week, however our Saturday hours are specifically reserved for small jobs such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, pick-ups & drop-offs, etc... Please note that on Saturday, our shop runs 1/4 the staff we usually do, so we may have very few appointment slots available. So please call ahead to request an appointment to ensure availability. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Cash. Please note that Eurofix reserves the right to request a deposit on all special order parts & on large jobs such as engines, transmissions, etc...
