We are an independent family owned and operated auto repair business servicing all makes and models in the Franklin and surrounding areas. SAAB:
Right now we service more Saabs than anyone in the state. We have everything you need from special tools to the latest software. From convertible tops to transmissions, we can handle all of your Saab service needs. We started out first with Saab service only back in 99' before we ever branched out into other brands.These cars bring safety, practicality and excellent gas mileage to the table. If you have any Saab questions, we are your Saab authority.
VOLVO:
Our Volvo program was added next and has continued to grow rapidly for us. It's now our second largest brand that we service. We have the latest volvo repair software, factory trained technicians and special tools needed for any job you might have. These cars are great vehicles known for their safety and reliability, with a wide range of models from SUV to convertible available.
AUDI:
Our Audi program has also been progessively expanding over the years at a rapid rate... Audi's were the 3rd brand we added around 2004. Customers started bringing them to us on their own at first. We then invested in special tools and software to just keep up with the demands for service. We now service more Audi's than just about any shop in the area. We enjoy servicing Audi's. Audi's are fun and sporty cars to drive, bringing with them excellent interiors and all wheel drive.
VOLKSWAGEN:
Volkswagens started coming in much like the Audi's did. They both started slowly and have now exploded for us. Like Audi's, they were the 3rd brand as well for us to bring on.(in alot of ways they are the same car) We have all of the special tools and equipment to service your vehicle. Volkswagens have really been a joy to work on. These are also fun cars with lots of style and great gas mileage.
BMW:
Our BMW program has been a long time in the making... It was the 4th brand we brought on to service and one of the largest investments we have ever made for a particlular brand. We waited until we could have the best tools purchased and the right technician that could bring the experience and knowledge to the table, to effectively service this brand with quality. We're happy to say that we have a technician with 20+ years experience and our customers are obviously happy and responded immediately to the additional services available. BMW's are great cars that offer real driving performance partnered with luxury and quality that's hard to beat.
MERCEDES BENZ:
Much like BMW's we chose not to enter the Mercedes field until we had the right tools and technicians to do the job right. Mercedes' were added along with BMW's all at the same time. We prepared and looked for the best equipment and the best person for the job. We're happy to say that we have a factory trained mercedes technician on staff for all of your car needs. Wether it's a classic or an 09' S500, there is no job we're not prepared to handle. Mercedes are great vehicles bringing extraordinary value and ultimate luxury to the table.
PORSCHE:
Porsche's are a special car that deserves only the best service. This was our most recent addition to the team. We're happy to say that we have factory trained technicians on staff that can help with performance issues with suspension, brakes and engine... As well as keep your car services up to date. Porsche's truly are an enthusiast's car. We can appreciate that and you can expect us to take excellent care of your vehicle and keep it indoors at all times. Porsche's bring top performance at every level and truly make "driving" an experience.
Don't own a European Vehicle?....No Problem
We can comfortably service all of your other vehicles from mini-vans & suburbans to other European cars. We can service 90% of the issues that may arise in any other make of vehicle. If for some reason we cannot, we will gladly let you know and recommend someone who can. Typically, airbag systems and ABS systems are the only systems we would not service on domestic and Japanese cars.
No matter who you choose to service your vehicle, make sure they know your vehicle, they are NOT all the same. A knowledgable shop will always save you money, and give you better service.
